After closing, the buyer found out that some items are not part of the condo fee as disclosed. Does the buyer have any recourse against the selling agent or seller?

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU BUY DIRECTLY FROM A SELLER vs WORKING WITH A REAL
"Ryan is an open and honest person who acts in the best interest of his clients. Ryan helped my wife and I purchase our first home. We were new to the area so he spent many weekends with us familiarizing us with the nearby towns and available homes that best met our needs. We found a home that we are very happy in, and were able to settle down just in time for the arrival of our first child. Finding a home is only the first step of the service that Ryan provides. He was great in the negotiations, and most importantly of all, he was by our side through the sometimes stressful closing process that was smooth and painless."
